The Elser Hotel Miami

The Elser Hotel Miami offers apartment-style accommodations in Downtown Miami at 398 NE 5th Street, near Bayside Marketplace and the Kaseya Center. This contemporary hotel and residential tower has studios through three-bedroom suites, with full kitchens and in-suite washers and dryers that make longer visits and group trips more practical.

A wraparound rooftop pool and two-level fitness center give you reasons to leave room in your itinerary for the hotel itself. The setting is distinctly urban: you’re based among downtown’s attractions, with South Beach beach club access included through the hotel’s amenity fee, rather than a beach directly outside.

What Guests Love

• Views from the room: Multiple reviewers highlight the bay and skyline outlooks, particularly from balconies where they can enjoy the scenery without leaving their accommodations.
• Space to settle in: Guests repeatedly appreciate the roomy accommodations, with families and groups valuing layouts that provide space to spend time together beyond the beds.

What to Consider

• Fees beyond the room: A daily amenity fee applies, and both self-parking and valet parking carry additional charges unless included in your selected package.
• Housekeeping frequency: Standard stayover housekeeping takes place every other day, so coordinate with the front desk if you would like additional service.

The Elser makes particular sense if you want to unpack for several nights or share a suite with family or friends. Having the option to prepare breakfast and do laundry can make a busy trip easier; choose your suite’s bedroom arrangement carefully so the space works for everyone traveling with you.
